Fashion people- Michael Kors

Michael Kors was born Karl Anderson, Jr. on Long Island. Michael Kors has had an affinity for fashion since he was very young. His mother thought it may have had to something to do with the fact that he was exposed to the apparel industry through her modeling career. As a teen, Michael began designing clothes and selling them out of his parents’ basement which he renamed the Iron Butterfly. 

In 1977, he enrolled at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. However, he dropped out after only nine months and took at job at a boutique across from Bergdorf on 57th Street where he was given a small space to sell his designs. Shorty after, Dawn Mello, the former fashion director at Bergdorf Goodman, discovered Michael. She asked if he would show his collection to Bergdorf Goodman’s buyers and he has had his collection ever since. 

In 1981, Kors launched the Michael Kors womenswear line at Bloomingdales, Bergdorf Goodman and Saks Fifth Avenue. Now he's one of the most popular and influential designers.

I used to wear those shoes very often, because they are comfortable and classy.

Michael Kors to jeden z najbardziej znanych i wpływowych ludzi w świecie mody. Projektant od najmłodszych lat przemawiał zainteresowanie moda- być może przez to, ze jego matka była modelka.  Już jako nastolatek projektował i sprzedawał ubrania. W 1981 roku założył linie odzieży damskiej. 

Moje buty marki Michael Kors nosiłam bardzo często, ponieważ są niewiarygodnie wygodne i pasują  do większości rzeczy, które noszę na codzień. Staram sie teraz o nie bardzo dbać, żeby jeszcze kiedyś je założyć ;)

Kolekcje Michaela Korsa sa naprawde piekne, ale mnie najbardziej interesują zawsze dodatki :) Teraz szukam torby, dlatego regularnie odwiedzam stronę projektanta, a także inne, na których można zamówić rzeczy jego projektu.
